Cabling built around devices and equipment spaces
Structured cabling connects workstations, phones, wireless access points, cameras, access control, building systems, and other networked devices to an organized equipment location. Centurion begins with the floor plan, device count, bandwidth and power needs, cable distances, pathway conditions, rack or cabinet location, patching, growth expectations, labeling standard, and the systems that will use the infrastructure. That prevents random drops from becoming an undocumented network years later.
A project may include copper data cable, patch panels, racks, jacks, device drops, access-point locations, security connections, service loops, pathway coordination, terminations, labels, and testing defined by the scope. Cable support, bend radius, separation, firestopping responsibility, environmental rating, equipment clearance, and ceiling conditions matter even when the finished cable will be out of sight. We coordinate those details with the owner, IT contact, contractor, and related trades where necessary.
New installations, additions, and cabling cleanup
Centurion installs structured cabling in Troy, Dayton, and qualifying projects throughout Ohio. Work may support a new building, office change, warehouse, camera or access project, Wi-Fi improvement, rack relocation, or cleanup of an existing equipment space. We label and document the installed scope, terminate neatly, and perform the agreed testing. Existing cable can be traced and assessed when reuse would provide value, but unverified or unsuitable cable is not represented as dependable infrastructure.
For a useful estimate, share plans or marked-up device locations, the rack or network-room destination, ceiling type and height, construction status, desired cable category, device power requirements, testing expectations, schedule, and whether the space is occupied. Larger or phased projects are evaluated individually. We keep structured cabling focused on the physical network foundation while coordinating with Ubiquiti UniFi or other approved equipment scopes when Centurion is also responsible for the active network.
