A preferred platform within a life-safety process
Fire-Lite provides a practical direction for many new commercial fire alarm projects, but the panel selection follows the building requirements rather than leading them. Centurion begins with the occupancy, applicable codes, drawings, initiating and notification needs, monitoring path, existing conditions, and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. The design and scope must support the property’s life-safety responsibilities; a familiar product line does not replace that review.
A project may include control equipment, smoke or heat detection, duct detection, manual stations, notification appliances, power supplies, communicator connections, interfaces, documentation, testing, and owner orientation as required by the approved scope. Device selection, circuit design, survivability, audibility, visibility, monitoring, and programming are coordinated with the project conditions. We do not promise a final configuration before the site and governing requirements are understood.
Installation, inspection, monitoring, and service
Centurion installs and supports Fire-Lite commercial fire alarm systems for qualifying businesses and facilities in Troy, Dayton, and elsewhere in Ohio when licensing, jurisdiction, schedule, and project scope align. We coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and authorities as the work requires. Installation quality, clear labeling, records, testing, and turnover are treated as part of the life-safety project rather than administrative details left until the end.
We also evaluate existing Fire-Lite systems for troubles, device changes, inspection findings, monitoring communication, additions, documentation, and service planning. Panel model, software and programming access, records, previous modifications, parts, and code requirements affect the available path. Contact us with the property address, occupancy, panel model, recent inspection information, displayed trouble, planned renovation, and jurisdiction. That information helps establish whether the request is inspection, service, monitoring, modification, or a new-system project.
